I recently quit smoking and the first day of cold turkey, I bought 2 bags of different kinds of sunflower seeds. They have definitely kept my mind off smoking, everytime I get a craving I pop a couple and my craving subsides. THANKS SUNFLOWER SEEDS, YOU RULE.
