Most drug recovery programs are a failure and people keep relapsing! Most people also do not know they have options regarding drug recovery programs. Don’t waste your money. Get my reports and you will see why.

Continue with this post and you will see a chart that shows the difference between conventional drug treatment and alternative drug treatment programs.

You do have options!

See the comparisons on the chart below. (Chart provided by Dr. Joan Mathews-Larson)

For complete recovery without relapse, you have to use the alternative health approach and treat the whole person – mind, body and spirit (holistic)… and you have to start with healing the brain first.

Though I am a health professional who specializes in drug & alcohol addiction treatment, I do agree that alternative health programs can be very successful depending on the individual and their level of addiction. What we have to remember is that not every addiction is the same, came about for the same reason or can be treated in the same way. But I do feel that there is a perfect treatment for every individual out there. Science and medicine have come a very long way in the last few decades, and whether a treatment is pharmaceutical-based or natural I think that each can be appropriate for different individuals.

One thing I do want to state. When it comes to addiction, the causes may not be seen at the surface or even just underneath. Addiction can be caused by a variety of issues, feelings and situations. For this reason, it’s important to be sure that you or your loved one takes a holistic approach that continues past the end of a treatment program. If you only treat some of the problem but not all of it, it is likely to come back full force. This is why so many suffer from addiction relapses. Sometimes a combination of methods is best to treat the entire problem. Remember this when deciding what kind of treatment to go with. You must treat the whole problem and the person, not just a symptom.
